Spoilt; what me? Just ’cause Aunty Katie came over and minded me last weekend…

And then during the week I went ta Grandma’s. We wrote a letter to Auntie Anniee and Uncle Morgwn, I had my say too, and off we went to the mail box to post it. That’s Grandpa’s truck on the left… he pulled up just as we got there. Spoilt; nah not me… I deserve it

Well… a new year and a new sibling on the way
Mum and Dad have told me to expect competition by August!!

Sorry about the slackness but Grandpa’s been havin’ a major headache with his computer, and couldn’t do my photos for me. The other big news ’round here was Cyclone Helen… not much rain, only Category 2, but plenty of wind… blew my clothes off
Ya reckon it’s safe for a bloke ta come out now, Grandpa?

It blew plenty of trees over…

There was another casualty too, Dad’s special big gum tree that he carefully saved when the back yard was cleared.

He wasn’t happy
but there was nothing for it but ta get the chainsaw out and chop it up.

It was a bit much for his trailer,so he loaded the trunks inta Grandpa’s truck.

Him and Grandpa had a bit of a laugh first, tearing the stump loose… they reckon it was really necessary, but I reckon it was just an excuse for lairising

Merry Christmas to all my loyal fans

Boy… I like Christmas! I got up this morning and there was all kindsa stuff waiting… and we haven’t even got a chimney?! Yia Yia and Pa Pou gave me a cool bike so, when we went to Grandma and Grandpa’s for Christmas lunch, I took it and showed Grandma.

Grandma and Grandpa gave me a black wagon that ya walk behind; ya cart dirt an’ everything in it… even rocks ‘n stuff. I can’t show ya yet ’cause Grandpa’s gotta load me with my little excavator! I let Grandma keep the box but

Then we had lunch… yuuum!! ( If ya look real close at my face, you’ll see spots starting; I got another, unexpected, present for Christmas… measles… maybe! )

Oh… everyone else had food too, not just me, see…

‘Course Grandpa had ta take the photos… and Dad had ta answer all my texts; I was busy

Then it was time for sweets… check out the blue tongue, heh, heh!

It’s not what ya think, all right… it’s paper; I love it, ask Mum!

I looked everywhere for Uncle Morgwn and Auntie Anniee, under the table…
Out in the street…

But they’re not here
Merry Christmas Uncle Morgwn and Auntie Anniee xox
So I gave up, gave Mum a cuddle, and went ta sleep… least Mum wished I would
Merry Christmas everyone!!

Dad’s reeeal happy now
Yesterday he managed to get a loader and clean up all his heaps, and today the grader came, finally, and levelled up all the block so that he can mow easy.
We went from this…

To this…

Me, I got better ways ta pass the time

Check out my rocket ship!

Grandpa’s been doin’ a bit of a project at his house this week… fixing up the pavers in the driveway… so I let him use my little digger

Dad gave him a hand on the stump grinder during the week, and now Grandpa reckoned he was finished today, so I put on my supervisors shirt and went ta check up on him! This is serious business, ya know…

He didn’t do a bad job… me an’ Bert gave it the thumbs up
ps Grandma and Grandpa live in Sesame Street; bet ya didn’t know that!

I thought I best check my digger right over; you sure ya not spinnin’ me a line Grandpa? Grandpa pushes things a bit hard sometimes… he thinks he’s on his big digger!

This one here feels a bit loose Grandpa!!
