The great turkey feast :-)

October 29, 2008

Charles & Christian:

Happy Birthday Grandma!!!

Happy Birthday Grandma!!

Yuummm (that’s Mum’s hand in the corner :-) )

Yuuummm!

We all went to Grandma’s house for her birthday dinner, ’cause Grandma’s good friend Madeleine gave her a turkey (an’ it’s not just any turkey… it’s big as an emu!!) so we needed a biiig crew to eat it :-)

Needless to say,  someone was very popular… Debbie and Glennis were more than happy to give Mum a rest!

Mr Popular!

After dinner we had a rest and played with Dad…

Play time!

Then it was singing time… “Happy Birthday to Grandmaa!!”

Happy Birthday to youuu!!

Photos

Charles:

Boy, we had fun this arvo… Grandma wanted some family photos for her birthday present ’cause it’s coming up in five days!

What a blast… this is me trying to give Michael’s (the photographer’s) horsey a drink

Ya wanna drink mate?

He didn’t want my drink, so I’ll just lay back here, like Lord Muck, and swallow it all myself :-)

Aah... this is the life!

I had ta have a little chat with Michael… he needs a few tips on horsies and, seein’ as I’ve got one myself (well actually my brother and I have one) I’m just the bloke ta wise him up!

Let me tell ya about these horsies Michael!

Michael’s a legend when it come ta photography though… he even got Christian to smile!

Two fine gents!

We sprung Mum when she wasn’t looking… she bribed Christian with a dummy :-)

This is the easy way boys!

After photos we went for tea; Grandma was reeal happy with the photos… and I think Christian was too.

What a pretty pair xox!

And I was certainly happy ta go for tea… I got ta play in my favorite arcade; I reckon they built these columns ’specially for me!

Cmon Grandpa... you can do it!

Uncle Morgwn!

Christian:

Guess what… Uncle Morgwn came back from Sydney last night :-) I’ve never seen him before, and he hadn’t seen me either… except on here! Tonight we all went to Grandma and Grandpa’s and had a great old time.

Here’s a big cuddle for Uncle Morgwn.

Aaw... hi Uncle Morgwn!

You know who was trying to make his escape… but Grandpa’s onto him :-)

Damn... nearly got away!

Aw Mum, I can’t smile that wide… my mouth’s too little!

My mouths only little Mum!

Bath time

October 11, 2008

Christian:

I can’t believe it; last post I was two months old… now I’m three months old! Where does the time go? Oh well, doesn’t seem to matter how old I get, I can’t seem to escape bath time. Mum and Grandma reckon I love baths, but it looks like Charles is enjoying this a lot more than me!

Oh oh... bathtime!

At least I’m nice and clean now…

All nice and clean!

Looks like someone else needs a wash though :-)

Hmmm... missed a bit!
